Someone made a new pot of coffee when he saw I was trying to get a cup. He gave me his card when I wondered about one of the new display models and was very friendly. The service department is great too–got an appointment at a convenient time and the work was done quickly while I waited-and I like leaving with a clean car afterwards. Good work.

I had a fantastic team working to solve an issue with my CRV. Wade Lee, Joel de las Alas & Jeff Jimena tackled my concerns and issues in superb fashion and they deserve to be commended for their efforts. They recognized my frustration, took charge, kept me informed, and went above the call of duty to satisfy me. Having been in the service industry (Royal Bank) for 34 years I can appreciate the skill and professionalism they displayed. I would recommend their dealership to anyone when it comes down to customer care and quality work. I have always liked the service provided but this time they raised the bar!

My car was dead and was being towed there first thing in the morning, I was told that they had a full day but would try to look at it. I was 100% fine with that, or even the next day. By 9:30 am they had already done an initial look and were ready to fix one thing and look at a few other issues. By 4:30 that afternoon, I had my car back. The service was so prompt and they kept me informed the whole day! Thank you!

My CR-V was one of the vehicles that had a recall on my driver’s airbag and the order was on backorder but I was given a rental for the waiting period with no hassles. The part came in when I was told it was expected and my overall experience was very satisfactory. I have used this location for it’s services before and will definitely keep coming back for all of my Honda needs! Just one of the many reasons I have always and will always buy a Honda!

Other than the facility doing something I do not expect, I’m not sure what to say here. I expect a High quality of service and I feel like that was reached. The service department was a bit backed up when I got there, and my appointment was not in their system because of a misunderstanding. They still took my vehicle in for service and finished it in the time they told me it would be done. I’m not sure what more they could have done or I expected from a standard oil change, they provided good, high quality service.

Dealer had 12 days to fix the recall issue – when I got back from vacation it was supposed to be ready. It was not. I was very annoyed and dissatisfied. Was called by the Deal regarding a recall issue (ignition). I was told it would be NO COST to me to have the issue fixed. When the work was started (well after the car was initially left) the dealer left message (knowing full well I was away on vacation) saying it would cost 1 hour of labor because of an after-market immobilizer. We live in MB. We all know MPI requires it for 99 civic and the dealer knows my car did not have one initially. The immobilizer was installed years ago (6 years? 7 years?). I did not like the fact that the work was not started and “who was going to cover the cost of the 1 hour of labor” was made into “my” issue. IF this was an issue, it should have been brought to my attention the same day it was dropped off (when I was in town and before it was left with the dealer for 12 days to do the work, not the Friday before the Wednesday of my return). In the end the dealer covered the cost (I would never have accepted anything else). See previous description. Honda called me for a RECALL issue. I was told it would be free. Arranged to drop my car off and pick it up after I returned from vacation. When I returned (12 days later) the work was NOT complete!! (And not because it couldn’t have been done!). What can we do to improve and exceed your expectations during your next service experience with us? – Don’t call me to say something is covered and then tell me it is going to cost – Have the work done, as I was promised it would be, after having it for 12 days for a very simple and quick recall issue. (Start the work when you got you got the car – which had been pre-arranged days in advance – instead of waiting until the last few days to start the work) – If there’s an issue that doesn’t involve the customer (Honda vs. MPI vs. dealer), don’t involve the customer… deal with it on the backend…. I don’t need to know about your logistical issues.

Appointment availability – 3-4 days. After fixing 7000 worth of damage. The driver tail light was not working thus not allowing me to drive my car for four days after waiting a month for the completion of my repairs. New issue developed during visit. i was really put off by the point that one of the service reps made that this tail light malfunction could possibly not be their responsibility after purchasing this car brand new two months ago and not having anything wrong with it . It was said to me that this may be something I need to take to MPI due to not having done work on the left side of the car which after reading the breakdown of repairs, it was clearly written that work was done on the left side (it could have just been a Minor slip of wording) but after waiting a month for my car only to find out a new problem came up, really put me off. Everything else was ok, just hard to gain trust when car dealerships have a bad rep for being untrustworthy to begin with and the incident that happened with me.

The hours of operation are not convenient. Advisor did not understand my needs. More work was required than originally expected. Work not completed when promised – waited more than 2 hours. Estimate was not provided. Time was long but service it self was good. Roadside assistance.

I mentioned I had an issue with scratches on my driver’s side window. Instead they thought I had an issue with my view thorugh the front window and they changed the windshield wipers. Not a huge cost, but not was I was looking for. Advisor was not attentive enough.

There is a Honda location in hickory North Carolina that has a little cafe where you can buy food. They also offer small snacks chilled water bottles at their coffee and tea station all free. They also hire a masseuse and nail artist who do free massages and nails for tips on certain days. That is an over and above location. if you get tea I will be happy but the rest would be awesome. Give them a call to learn about them1-828-358-4430.

I’m amazed at service at Crowne Honda. I’ve been a friend since first entering the building. Each employee there must love work as they smile and giggle even when dealing with each other. I believe the next time I’m having a bad day, I should stop by Crowne Honda and talk to the staff! The repair to my Odyssey was the replacement of the block heater plug. Of course this was perfect, as was the wash.

They were really helpful when it came to showing me what to do for when I come next time and talked about the new car clinics even though I have been told about them before I was not able to go because of work and evening classes. Hopefully, I will be able to go to the next ones! The person I had was really friendly in dealing with and answered all my questions I had for him. Thanks for the great service. The only problem I had was I live further than the location of facility but I am willing to drive here because I feel comfortable dealing with them compared to other places as they seem more welcoming and they go through the process before hand with you.

Service agent called to explain the problem. Part was on back order but rectified the sealing issue of the sun roof for the immediate release of the vehicle. Sun roof is inoperable until such time the part arrives. Back order time however is a month away.

As soon as I walked in the service department I was greeted and promptly helped. Everything that was being done to my vehicle that day was thoroughly explained to me and I did not feel pressured to get any additional work done to my vehicle.(A tire rotation was mentioned) I choose to wait while my vehicle got serviced, the advisor gave me updates on my vehicle i.e.. how much longer it would be which I thought was great!

Honest, efficient, friendly – that’s what I appreciate. The dealership was excellent.! But how Honda as the audacity to charge $45 for six tiny plastic clips that hold a decorative strip on a side door is outrageous!!! You need to check your greed on parts costs! That is what I will be telling my friends and neighbours and it will cost you vehicle sales in the future! Penny wise, dollar foolish!!
